FSCC Wilmington serves approximately
2,885 registered patients (as of 2/17) and as Delaware’s first licensed compassion center, has been setting the standards for quality products and patient care since opening in 2015.
The 45,000 square feet facility houses an
active patient retail location and advanced indoor cultivation ensuring a consistent and dependable seed-to-sale operation. FSCC North is by design, efficient and comfortable, with leather furniture amidst refinished antique glass display cases, warm woods and inviting marble counters. FSCC North employs expert patient advisors and staff to guide patients through cannabis therapy decisions and education in addition to expert cultivators
and 24 hour surveillance and security.
First State Compassion Center South
Built in 2017, FSCC Lewes is the second cannabis retail location licensed and selected
by the state of Delaware. The facility has created a welcoming environment for patients of Delaware to learn about and purchase medical cannabis. FSCC South brings a fresh, modern aesthetic that blends rich, natural materials to create spaces of warmth and harmony. The 4,000 square feet center is characterized by industrial contemporary design elements including stained concrete floor, feature stone contemporary wall, and wood and glass displays with ample space for patient privacy. FSCC South employs expert patient advisors and staff to guide patients through cannabis therapy decisions and education in addition to expert cultivators and 24 hour surveillance and security.
