Governor John Carney has declared that effective Monday, January 3, 2022, the state of Delaware is in a state of emergency due to a public health threat caused by an increase of COVID 19 cases. Because of this, the state of Delaware will institute an indoor mask mandate starting January 11, 2022, at 8:00 am for all businesses regardless of size or industry. Businesses responsible for indoor spaces open to the public require employees, visitors, contractors and customers to wear a mask, regardless of vaccination status in compliance with this order.
