After over a year of implementing COVID-19 regulations and guidelines, we would like to thank you, our patients, for your support and collaboration in adapting to the policies and procedures that we established in 2020 and 2021.
As a result, we are officially reopening our centers on Monday, October 18th!
Our new express lane registers will be reserved for patients who place their orders online and do not have questions that need to be addressed before checking out. Our traditional shopping patients will be provided with non-express registers, allowing for further conversation, guidance, medication selection, and Q&As with patient advisors.
As we are reinstating our in-person service method, we will no longer be offering the curbside pickup feature at our Wilmington location. The removal of this feature will provide additional parking availability and will serve as a safety precaution for patients and employees alike from potential accidents when crossing our parking lot and entering the facility. Let’s provide a very big “THANK YOU!” to our fabulous patient advisors who ventured outside regardless of the weather to accommodate our patients during our active COVID-19 precautions!
Our COVID-19 policy will remain the same, as employees and patients reserve the option of mask-wearing, regardless of vaccination status. Again, we sincerely value your encouragement and support, and thank you for your patience while we all have been overcoming the pandemic together — there is nothing we can’t accomplish as a team!
